The hotel was reasonably clean, facilities were great, absolutely perfect location really close to the city centre of Milan as well as Milan. Super-friendly staff made our stay pleasant.

The bed was enormous

Heating did not work, we weren't provided with decent blankets and a cold wind blow into the grooves of the door. We asked the staff to handle the heating but nothing happened. Maybe because they don't speak English and we do not know Italian. In addition, there were ants on the floor of the room.

Its clean and nice and warm(in winter). Good value for money and friendly staff. What I liked best was the king-size bed. The entire family can fit on that bed!
